How VuleFX handles personal information when you use vulefx.com (the “Site”), buy or use our Products, or contact us. It covers the house — Site and Products — not one SKU only.

Use of the Site and Products is also governed by the Terms of Use.

1. Short version

We collect what we need to run the Site, take payment, deliver licenses, activate Products that require it, and answer support. We do not use the Site as a place to upload your editing projects or source media. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Information we collect

Site use

  • Server and CDN logs (IP, browser, pages, time) from our hosting provider.
  • No separate advertising or analytics pixel suite on the public Site as of the date above.

Purchases

  • Checkout is handled by our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy, under their privacy policy.
  • We receive what we need to fulfill — typically email, order / checkout ids, Product, payment status, optional coupons — not your full card number.
  • We keep the order email so we can send a one-time claim link to that address.

Licenses and support

  • License keys, claim-link status, and fulfillment records.
  • Emails you send to support@vulefx.com.

When a Product activates or downloads

  • If that Product uses activation: username you choose, license key, hardware fingerprint from the device, and technical data for a secure download (for example a short-lived token).
  • License files on your device stay there unless you send them for support.

Creative work

  • We do not ask you to upload project files, timelines, or original media libraries as normal Site or Product use.

4. How we use it

  • Operate, secure, and improve the Site.
  • Take payment; deliver licenses, claim links, and downloads.
  • Activate Products that require it and enforce that Product’s license terms.
  • Answer support; prevent fraud, key abuse, and attacks.
  • Send mail needed for delivery (claim links and related resends). We may also send product or house notices to order emails; write us to stop notices that are not required for delivery.
  • Meet legal, tax, and accounting duties.

5. Cookies

The Site and our hosts may use cookies or similar storage needed to deliver pages, keep the Site secure, or remember a checkout session (for example a coupon). We do not use them for third-party ads. Blocking cookies may break some features.

6. Sharing

We share personal information only with service providers who help us run the business — for example hosting and CDN for the Site and license service, Lemon Squeezy for checkout and receipts, and an email provider for claim links and notices. We may also share with authorities if the law requires it, or with advisors under confidentiality.

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context ads. Those providers process data under their own terms and may operate in the United States or other countries.

7. Retention

Order, license, and activation records stay as long as needed to provide Products, enforce licenses, meet legal duties, and resolve disputes. Claim links are short-lived. Server logs are kept for a limited operational period. You can ask us to delete support threads where we reasonably can.

8. Security

We use HTTPS, access controls on operator tools, and signed licenses where a Product uses them. No transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

9. Your choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain data, or to object to certain processing. Email support@vulefx.com with enough detail to find your order or license (order email helps). We may keep some records (for example proof of purchase) where law or license enforcement requires it.

10. Children

The Site and Products are for people 16 or older (or the age of majority where higher). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If a child provided data, contact us and we will delete it where appropriate.

11. Changes

We may update this policy by posting a new version here with a new “Last updated” date.
