Terms of Use

These Terms are the agreement between you and VuleFX for vulefx.com (the “Site”) and for products, apps, installers, license keys, claim links, downloads, and related materials we sell or provide (the “Products”). Using the Site, or buying, downloading, installing, or using a Product, means you agree.

The Privacy Policy is part of this agreement.

1. Who we are

VuleFX builds tools for audio-visual editors. “We” means the Site operator and Product licensor. Contact: support@vulefx.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) and able to form a binding contract. If you buy for a business, you confirm you can bind that business.

3. Site and Products

Product pages and checkout may state system requirements, pricing, device limits, and license details. Those details are part of your purchase. If they conflict with these Terms on a product-specific point, the product page or checkout controls for that point.

We may change or remove Site content. We do not promise uninterrupted access.

4. What you buy

A purchase is a personal license to use that Product — not ownership of source code, trademarks, or other IP. Format, device limits, platforms, and included components are as stated at purchase. Unless the product page or checkout says otherwise, licenses are non-transferable and for the purchaser only.

For Vule Core, a valid license may bind to devices using a hardware fingerprint (currently up to two devices unless we state otherwise at purchase). Circumventing those limits is not allowed.

5. License grant

With a valid paid license and the Product’s stated requirements, we grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use that Product for your own creative work, including commercial client work you create. We also grant a limited license to use the Site for lawful purposes related to VuleFX.

6. Restrictions

You may not:

Redistribute, sell, rent, sublicense, or publicly share Products, installers, keys, claim links, or license files beyond your purchase rights.
Circumvent license checks, device limits, or other protections.
Reverse engineer a Product except where law expressly allows (and then only after requesting interoperability info from us if the law requires that step).
Use the Site or a Product to break the law or third-party rights or terms.
Attack, abusively scrape, or interfere with the Site or license service.
Misrepresent yourself as affiliated with VuleFX.

7. Activation and support

Some Products require activation and may bind a license to a device. Claim links may be single-use and time-limited. Keep keys private. If a claim link was already used, open it and request a new link to the order email from checkout. After payment we also email a separate claim link to that address. If you lost both, write support@vulefx.com with your order email.

Support is as described on the Site. We may ask for order or license details before we can help.

8. Payments and refunds

Site checkout is handled by our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy. Their terms and privacy policy also apply to payment. Prices and taxes at checkout control the purchase.

Refund requests: email support@vulefx.com with order email and checkout / order id. We may refuse a refund when a license was already claimed and the Product downloaded or activated, except where law or our payment processor’s policies require otherwise.

9. Updates

We may ship updates, change requirements, or discontinue features or Products. We do not promise perpetual free updates or compatibility with every future host app or OS.

10. Intellectual property

Products, Site, branding, and docs are owned by VuleFX or its licensors. Your projects and media stay yours. Feedback you send may be used to improve Products without obligation to you.

11. Disclaimer

The Site and Products are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Keep backups.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VuleFX is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for lost projects, media, or data. Our total liability for a claim about a purchase is limited to what you paid us for that Product license in the twelve months before the claim. Where those limits are not allowed, liability is capped at the maximum the law permits.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end a license or Site access if you breach these Terms, if payment is reversed, or if we reasonably believe a key was stolen or abused. Then you must stop using the Product and delete copies under your control. IP, disclaimer, and liability sections survive.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a new version here with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms, except where law requires another process.

15. General

If one part cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the product page / checkout details for a purchase are the full agreement on that subject. You may not assign your license without our written consent; we may assign these Terms with a business transfer.

Except where mandatory consumer law in your country requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan (excluding conflict-of-law rules), and the courts of Pakistan may hear disputes subject to that mandatory law.
